How to Pay
Please note we require payment in advance. You can pay by cheque (drawn on a UK bank) made payable to ViB events or by bank transfer to Lloyds TSB, account number 01492549, sort code 30-00-02, or by major credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro and Solo). Please quote delegate name and conference code VQTP2006 on all payments.
Payment Terms
All registrations must provide a credit card number as a guarantee at the time of booking in order to secure your place. Please indicate if you wish to make immediate payment by credit card, or if you prefer to receive an invoice to facilitate payment via bank transfer or cheque (drawn on a UK bank). Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within 5 days from the invoice date, however full payment must be received prior to the conference if this is sooner. Due to limited conference space, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged under the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
Cancellations Policy
Cancellations may be made by telephone but must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations made on or before 30th October 2006 are subject to a 50% administration fee. Thereafter the full conference fee is payable and non-refundable. Non-payment and non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. All bookings carry a 50% cancellation liability immediately after a sales contract has been received by ViB events. By ticking the box below the client agrees that in case of dispute or cancellation of this contract that ViB events will not be able to mitigate its losses for any less than 50% of the total contract value. Substitute delegates are welcome at any time with no extra charge, but must be confirmed in writing.
